On June 14, Dancing Wheels Company is hosting its world premiere performance and 38th Annual Gala called Reverse * Reboot * Reveal! at the Allen Theatre at Playhouse Square. This event will feature the works of three internationally-recognized disabled choreographers and bring together a wide and eclectic audience of dance supporters and those who champion the diversity and equity in the arts. I’m excited to announce that I’m partnering with them to help promote this upcoming event!
Disclosure: In exchange for helping to promote this event, I received two complimentary tickets to the upcoming show. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
If you’ve never heard of the Dancing Wheels Company, this organization is considered one of the premier arts and disabilities organizations in the U.S…and it’s located right here in Cleveland, OH, giving me yet another reason to love my hometown. This professional, physically integrated dance company unites the talents of dancers both with and without disabilities.
One of the reasons I’m so excited to attend this event is that it is bringing people in to visit Cleveland from all over the world! I’m know that I will walk away from this show inspired and amazed, but I hope that the visitors will also walk away from CLE feeling inspired and amazed by this wonderful city.

Thanks to Dancing Wheels for inviting me to participate in this unforgettable event! I’ll add more of my own photos and post-event recap to this blog in the upcoming week…stay tuned!
Update on June 22, 2019 – Post-Show Thoughts
I was completely blown away by the Dancing Wheels gala and show! Seeing professional dancers with and without disabilities perform together on stage was truly magical to see. I’m not gonna lie…tears came to my eyes multiple times throughout the show!
Playhouse Square looked exceptionally beautiful on this night!
Yummy bites from Driftwood Catering and an open bar added to the specialness of the evening.
Thank you for an inspiring and wonderful summer CLE evening, Dancing Wheels!
